While smartphones have a lot of capabilities, the truth is they are not ideal for everybody. I used to own a Samsung Eternity (predecessor to this) and I can tell you that their touch screen is very responsive. Along with the touch screen, this phone is upgraded in the sense that it also has a pull out full QWERTY keyboard! While touch screens are great, most people know how it is much easier to use buttons than a screen.
