So far in this cell-phone-accessories blog, I have shown you multimedia phones including the Nokia 6350, Samsung Impression, Samsung Solstice, and Samsung Mythic as well as messaging phones including Pantech Impact and LG Neon. This phone combines elements of both of these types of phones. It has a full touch screen as well as a slide out QWERTY keyboard (which appears small but is surprisingly very spacious and easy to use), it has great multimedia capabilities as well as the ease of messaging with the keyboard (either through texting, instant messaging and e-mail). While the touch screen may seem small at first glance, the phone does utilize a mini browser by Opera, does not use Samsung TouchWiz (so there are no widgets) and does not use an on screen keyboard (instead the pull out keyboard), these three elements make the screen much less crowded and negates the necessity for a big screen.
This phone does support AT&T’s very good 3G network, it does include a 2.0MP camera/camcorder, and GPS. It does have a microUSB charging port and does support Bluetooth as well as supporting microSD cards for added storage. It is not a smartphone but with all the features packed into it, comes very close. It has more than what the average cell phone user asks for and comes at a very affordable price (definitely a bargain). The phone is available in red and silver.
