The extension coaxial cable I will discuss in this cell-phone-accessories blog post is another WILSON400 cable. Unlike the 2′ Wilson 952302,10′ Wilson 952310, and 20′ Wilson 952320; this cable is 30′ long. If you have read my previous blog posts on those cables, you would know that these WILSON400 cables are of an ultra low loss and have two N-Male ends. This 30′ cable has a loss of less than 1dB (approximately 23.1% of signal loss), which is a very low attenuation given how powerful these Wilson Electronics amplifiers are. The great thing about this cable is that it includes two connectors to FME (one connector to FME-Male, the other to FME-Female). While these connectors can be purchased separately (I will discuss connectors in my future blog posts), including them in a package with the coaxial can save you money (if you were planning on using them with something other than an in-building set up) and give you more options (such as directly connecting your phone or data card to an antenna using the Wilson Cell Phone Antenna Adapter. I will outline more uses in the third paragraph).
Every wireless building amplifier except for the Wilson 801247 kit, Wilson 801262 and Wilson 841262 kit use the N-female connector. In fact, this same coaxial cable is included with the SOHO (small office/home office) Wilson 841245 and iDEN Wilson 844006 kits. The yagi antennas Wilson 301111, Wilson 301124, Wilson 301129,Wilson 301142, and Wilson 304411 use the N-female connector. Other exterior antennas that use this connector include Wilson 301157 and Wilson 301132 magnet mount antenna. Interior antennas that use this connector are Wilson 301121, Wilson 301123, Wilson 301134, Wilson 301135.
Amplifiers that use the FME-male connector (using the FME-female end) include direct connection amplifiers Wilson 811101, Wilson 811201, Wilson 812201, Wilson 811210 (which include the kits Wilson 811211 , Wilson 811214, and Wilson 811215), Wilson 814004, Wilson 814021, Wilson 811710and Wilson 811901. As well as mobile wireless amplifiers Wilson 801101, Wilson 804002, and Wilson 801245(including the Wilson 841245 kit). There are antennas that can work with the FME-Female connector (use the FME-male end) which include every mobile antenna EXCLUDING Wilson 301125, Wilson 301126, Wilson 301128, Wilson 301148, and Wilson 301149. And includes the in-building antennas Wilson 301106, Wilson 301147, Wilson 301202, and Wilson 301208.
