The case this blog post is referring to is another silica iPad case but unlike the previous posts (black iPad case, blue iPad case, white iPad case and hot pink iPad case), this case is red. It is exactly like the previous posts I have made but it is a different color (my next 4 posts after this one will show the other 4 color alternatives we have to offer). Like the other cases, this one is also built especially for the iPad. It has the slots for the charger, docking station, and buttons. Anybody who has used the Apple iPhone or Apple iTouch would tell you that the greatest strength is the touch screen.
Before those products were released, every touch screen seemed glitchy, unresponsive and bad (I used to own the 1st generation LG Chocolate. I can not stress how much of a headache that phone was. The touch screen was unresponsive, it would freeze up, sometimes even call random people I was not trying to call. I had to replace it with an old Samsung that had no camera, no bluetooth, no color screen. I have actually heard that the current generation of the Chocolate is pretty good but I am not interested in finding out. Never again). The touch screen seemed like a bust but these products completely revolutionized the concept given how responsive and easy to use they are.
This new product by Apple has the potential to bring that transformation to the tablet PC. The greatest strength of this product is the fact that it is one piece, very lightweight and portable (all it consists of is a 9.7″ LED screen). It contains a book store for eBooks, an app store and can work with any iPhone/iTouch apps (as well as special apps for the Apple iPad which will be created) while letting you do most things your regular computer allows you to do. And starting at only $499, you cannot go wrong. This product has the potential to kill the netbook, kindle and nook. If you had a product like this, would you not want to protect it? This iPad skin does just that. It allows you to use all the featured offered while keeping it away from potentially getting scratched, not allowing marks to get on it and slowing down natural wear and tear considerably.
